STUDENT MINISTRY:
7TH-12TH GRADE
The teen years can be challenging, but they can also be incredible. FBC Student Ministry is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where students of all backgrounds feel loved and accepted, and make a lasting connection with a powerful God.
Everything we do whether Sunday morning worship, Wednesday activities, fellowships, retreats, camps, mission activities and outreach is with the goal of creating students who understand their faith and will continue to grow in their relationship with Christ into adulthood.
MIDWEEK - MDWK
Our Wednesday Student Ministry time is meant to help students understand that being a Christian can be fun! Games, hanging out & visiting, worship, Bible study, questions and discussion time all find their place in MDWK. The goal is to make the Bible and the Christian life principles taught in its pages relevant to the issues students are currently facing, giving them practical tools to help them make good life decisions.
We meet from 6:15pm-7:30pm in our Student Worship Area on Wednesdays during the school year.
CONNECT GROUPS
On Sunday evenings our students gather to dig deeper into God’s Word. They break up into age/gender groups to create an environment to ask questions and to facilitate deeper honest discussions of what it means to be a disciple of Christ.
We meet from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Sunday evenings in various locations throughout the school year and on available Sundays in the summer.
